You will lead end-to-end delivery of battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Southern Europe, contributing to a more sustainable energy future. Responsibilities include managing projects from purchase order through commissioning and handover; developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and mitigation actions; acting as the main contact for customers, EPC partners, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle; coordinating cross-functional colleagues in sales, engineering, logistics, service, finance, and quality to keep delivery on track; managing contract obligations, payment milestones, technical documentation, and project reporting; and ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Profile: You bring a structured, collaborative approach and enjoy turning complex renewable-energy projects into successful customer outcomes. You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. You have at least three years of project-management experience in energy storage, renewables, electrical infrastructure, EPC, or related technical environments.
