Electronic and Automation Engineer

Titan Greece has an excellent opportunity for an Electronic and Automation Engineer at our plant in Kamari, Greece. The position reports to the Electrical Department Manager. The primary scope of this role is to plan, coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of electronic and automation systems to ensure their effective operation.

Responsibilities - Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade electronic and automation equipment and software used in cement manufacturing; provide guidance to engineers, technicians and CCR operators to ensure production flow continuity - Maintain a safe and clean work area; ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence and enforcement of company standards, as well as safety and development programs; plan and coordinate safe operation of subcontractors - Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electronic, PLCs, IT, software and network equipment, components, and installations to achieve safe and uninterrupted operation - Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion - Maximize equipment availability through preventive maintenance; propose new processes and projects to improve installations and maximize production efficiency - Monitor supplies to ensure adequate inventory of electronic and automation equipment and licenses according to production demand - Develop, train and motivate subordinates to ensure a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and
