Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative for a role in Portugal. Responsibilities include proactively approaching potential clients to present software solutions and SaaS products; building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in the Software Development industry; advising on technical features and translating IT needs into commercial opportunities; managing the sales pipeline in our CRM for efficient lead follow-up; conducting sales conversations in Dutch for Dutch-speaking market segments; achieving targets to contribute to the growth of software development projects; collaborating with the technical team to translate customer feedback into product improvements. Requirements include native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), a valid EU passport, passion for technology and a basic understanding of the Software Development sector, strong communication skills and a commercial mindset; willingness to reside in Portugal or relocate as required. Experience in sales is a plus but not required.
