Responsibilities

Recruit professional drivers for all asset types, including DOT- and CDL-capable resources
Screen applications and conduct phone or in-person interviews
Align driver recruitment with forecasted volume and project requirements; develop driver utilization metrics
Establish a driver engagement platform to promote corporate culture, customer service, and inclusion across a geographically dispersed network
Collaborate with safety/compliance on onboarding and training
Utilize traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods: cold-calling, direct sourcing, job fairs, agencies, internet searches, postings
Provide reporting and analytics; communicate with business partners
Maintain DOT files and FMCSA compliance; administer pre-employment and random drug screening
Manage Comdata card distribution; conduct driver orientations; complete verifications
