This role will maintain a diverse, engaged network of drivers essential to operations and customer experience. With safety as a core value, the Driver Recruiter will assist in monitoring FMCSA regulations and ensuring drivers operate safely and professionally. Responsibilities include recruiting professional drivers for all asset types (including DOT and CDL resources), screening applications and interviewing candidates, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align the driver pool with forecasted volume, developing driver utilization metrics and engagement programs, and partnering with the safety and compliance teams on onboarding and training.
