Document Controller – Hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Mace. This project involves one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. You will lead information management across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliant, accessible, and accurate documentation for client-facing work in line with ISO 19650. Responsibilities include following information management processes and standards, including ISO 19650, to enable effective delivery; supporting project teams by guiding colleagues in IM practices and ensuring information is accessible and accurate across programmes; providing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts to maintain governance compliance; contributing to the setup, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment to support efficient project delivery; coordinating activities to achieve objectives, managing performance and coaching within project teams; engaging with Mace’s Digital Centre of Excellence and supporting the company’s net zero carbon transition through emissions management. Requirements include experience in information management across projects; knowledge of information architecture, conventions, and ISO 19650 standards; technical qualifications or certifications such as APM IM or equivalent; proficiency in IM software including Aconex, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
