What you’ll do - Build and refine growth models and predictive analytics to drive sales performance. - Develop and maintain models for sales enablement, including lead scoring, conversion, profitability, and customer lifetime value. - Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities, informing strategy and execution. - Collaborate with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to deploy models into sales platforms and ensure consumable outputs for business stakeholders. - Support adoption of analytics tools and translate model results into clear recommendations.

What you’ll bring - 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles. - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries; solid understanding of statistical methods. - Ability to interpret model results and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Sales Analysts, business stakeholders).
