This is a founding-style role within the GTM Data Science organization, with an evolving team and stakeholder model. You will turn ambiguous commercial questions into evidence, recommendations, and actions that guide where to focus as the B2B business expands. You will collaborate with leaders across GTM, Revenue, Product, Finance, RevOps, Strategy, and Data Science to address questions related to international expansion, monetization, product adoption, customer segmentation, field deployment, ecosystem dynamics, and organizational design. You will analyze product usage, customer behavior, adoption patterns, sales activity, pipeline and revenue signals, and market context to identify drivers of B2B growth. You will translate analyses into prioritization decisions, field plays, investment choices, and operating cadences, and communicate complex findings to executives with clear recommendations and transparent assumptions. You will bring practical AI fluency to accelerate analysis, synthesize evidence, improve workflows, and discover new ways data science can support business decision-making.
