Data Scientist – Growth (Madrid, Hybrid) Ebury is seeking a Data Scientist to drive growth modelling and data-driven insights that accelerate commercial performance. In this hybrid Madrid-based role you will bridge advanced analytics with real-world sales execution to help identify opportunities and scale predictive models across our sales processes. What you'll do: - Drive growth modelling and predictive analytics to identify opportunities and improve sales performance. - Develop and refine models for lead scoring, conversion, profitability, and CLV using Python and ML libraries. - Analyze sales data to detect patterns and inform business strategies. - Collaborate with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to deploy models into sales enablement platforms and ensure actionable outputs. - Support adoption of advanced analytics tools within the sales team and provide guidance on model outputs. What you bring: - 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles. - Proficiency in Python and ML libraries; solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation. - Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, business stakeholders). - Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus. - Bonus: Experience with GCP (BigQuery, AI Platform, Cloud Functions), SQL, A/B testing, Salesforce, LLMs, lead scoring, CLV, churn models.
