Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Analyst for an on-site data center construction project in Wide Ruins, Arizona, United States. Responsibilities include analyzing data across datasets to identify differences and validate results; supporting Power BI models to enable KPI tracking; coordinating with cross-functional partners to issue and amend Purchase Orders; liaising between Senior Cost Managers and Finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices; creating and maintaining cash flow dashboards; compiling and maintaining data for project buyout analytics; providing weekly updates for minor project budgets; and compiling market data on construction material costs for use in buyout evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in construction or engineering; proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools and programming languages; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work both in a team and independently; familiarity with construction management software and systems; knowledge of industry regulations and standards; and certification in data analysis or related fields. Additional information: On-site requirements may evolve based on client needs; SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable.
