About the Role As a Fabric Data Analyst I at arrivia, you’ll design and maintain the Power BI reports and dashboards that surface insights from our Microsoft Fabric data platform, built against Fabric semantic models.

What You'll Own - Reporting and dashboards: Design, build, and publish Power BI reports that consume Fabric semantic models in DirectLake and Import modes. - Data modeling: Translate business needs into logical data models and intuitive, clearly labeled report layouts. - DAX and performance: Write and optimize DAX measures that power the KPIs the business relies on. - Stakeholder partnership: Gather, document, and refine reporting requirements alongside business partners. - Governance and security: Apply row-level and object-level security in semantic models to meet governance standards. - Data quality: Validate reports against source data so accuracy is never in question. - Self-service enablement: Create certified datasets and reusable templates that let teams answer their own questions. - Peer collaboration: Take part in peer reviews of reports, DAX
