Photronics is seeking a Customer Support Technician I to independently manage customer orders, ensure accuracy, and provide timely updates throughout the order lifecycle. This on-site role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with Production, Engineering, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping, and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a positive customer experience in line with Photronics’ standards. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries about orders, products, and delivery status; entering, reviewing, updating, and maintaining orders in MaskTrac; identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution; maintaining accurate customer records; and escalating non-routine concerns as needed. This position is based on-site in Brookfield, Connecticut or Allen, Texas, United States.
