This internal role serves as the organized center of gravity for the Customer Support Group, coordinating installation and service projects with internal teams and external vendors, while maintaining accurate project records and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities include booking and coordinating installation and service projects from start to finish, tracking timelines and quality, coordinating internal labor and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects, arranging employee travel, and liaising with third‑party vendors. You will keep project records up to date in Salesforce, process payroll and mileage reimbursements, reconcile vendor invoices, and track expenses to help keep projects on budget. You’ll also keep teams informed, schedule cross‑team meetings, and draft professional correspondence for internal and external partners.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of project or operations coordination experience; 1–2 years of administrative or professional office experience, ideally including customer service; strong administrative and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; clear, professional written and verbal communication. Preferred: Salesforce.com and SAP knowledge; a college degree.
