TRIGO is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer to manage the customer relationship on quality, analyze and monitor customer complaints, and coordinate the resolution of nonconformities using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies. The role involves implementing and tracking corrective and preventive actions, monitoring quality KPIs (PPM, customer complaints, and nonconformity costs), and preparing quality reports for customers while ensuring compliance with each customer's specifications. The position is based in Hunedoara County, Romania, with travel within the country as required.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Automotive cable production experience is a plus. - German language knowledge is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
