We are seeking a Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will determine product costs, analyze financial data, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include cost analysis of manufacturing activities, inventory valuation and periodic audits, budgeting and variance analysis, financial reporting, process improvements to reduce waste and enhance cost efficiency, PPV analysis, and maintaining cost structures in line with process changes. The role requires collaboration with procurement, finance, and operations, and reports to the Assistant Financial Controller. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; 3+ years of cost accounting or financial analysis in a manufacturing setting; proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; and strong analytical and communication skills.
