Veracity is seeking an experienced Copywriter to join our team. This remote role involves researching, drafting, editing, and publishing SEO-friendly copy for web pages, blogs, emails, videos, ads, e-books, case studies, Q&A, and other formats, coordinating with Product Marketing Managers, Designers, SEO Specialists, the Content Amplification Team, and other teammates to produce content that moves audiences to act. You will proactively manage a runway of content needs, may participate in meetings around content strategy and optimization, and will ensure content aligns with our brand voice and editorial standards while supporting our insurance products. Responsibilities include researching topics, drafting copy, participating in content strategy discussions, optimizing content for search, conversions, and user navigation, inputting and publishing posts in WordPress, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. Responsibilities also encompass requesting creative assets, collaborating across teams, and conducting outbound outreach when needed. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–4 years of copywriting experience (SEO copywriting or content marketing strongly preferred), a strong portfolio, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, the ability to type 50+ WPM, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
