Continental Pneus (Portugal) S.A. is seeking a Controller to join the Iberia Controlling team, located in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work within Continental Tires’ sales business to modernize finance processes and automate repetitive tasks, bringing a data-driven mindset to accounting and planning.

Learn and perform real controlling activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis, closely partnering with the team.
Identify manual tasks and automate them, delivering quick, visible improvements.
Build and maintain Power BI reports to streamline month-to-month outputs.
Collaborate with the automation team to scope changes for controlling processes.
Share your work by documenting and presenting outcomes to empower teammates.
A bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or management engineering, business administration, information systems, or another quantitative/technical field.
0–4 years of experience; finance exposure is a plus, but a track record of solving quantitative problems and building or automating something matters most.
Advanced Excel and comfort with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
A fast, structured way of thinking, with the ability to learn quickly.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus English.
A mindset focused on eliminating repetitive tasks and implementing fixes.
Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
Further SQL or Python experience beyond basic
