Turner & Townsend is seeking an On-Site Construction QA/QC Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities and oversee quality assurance and quality control for government projects in northern Vermont. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering projects with a focus on QA/QC, safety, and on-site project management within the construction industry. Responsibilities include supporting internal teams and stakeholders, managing contracts and budgets, developing detailed project plans, ensuring health and safety compliance through site inspections, coordinating RFI and submittal processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and vendors. Additional duties include reviewing drawings for constructability, maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and ensuring integration of battery retrofit work with existing factory infrastructure. SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant. Qualifications: US citizen or Green Card holder; Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; 5–7 years of relevant experience (or 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree). Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP. Salary range: $120K-$130K per year. On-site role located in Richford, Vermont, United States.
