Responsibilities include leading property staff, conducting candidate interviews, overseeing onboarding and training, approving timesheets, and conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews in accordance with company policies. You will drive the team to achieve performance indicators, provide feedback to underperforming associates, and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
