Overview Join Ongoing's IT Operations & Security team as a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer. You will work across cloud, infrastructure, operations, and security, balancing hands-on responsibilities with opportunities to influence technical decisions and improvements. You will engage with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365, along with networking and security across the broader IT environment that powers Ongoing.

Responsibilities - Manage and optimize our cloud environment - Contribute to infrastructure projects and operational improvements - Collaborate with teams across the organization - Focus on Microsoft cloud technologies while contributing to broader team responsibilities - Maintain and improve internal IT systems and services - Troubleshoot incidents and technical issues - Participate in monitoring, maintenance, and documentation - Support security initiatives and incident response - Help maintain a secure and resilient IT environment

Requirements - Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure - IT operations, infrastructure, and systems administration - Windows administration and troubleshooting - Security, identity, and access management - Strong problem-solving and incident management skills - Education, certifications, or hands-on experience; practical experience valued
