Object First is seeking a hands-on Channel and Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to drive partner engagement and pipeline generation. This remote role is based in Munich, Germany, and will collaborate with regional sales teams and channel partners to plan and execute regional marketing programs that enable growth. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support regional activities related to customer and partner recruitment, enablement, and growth. - Build and execute regional marketing plans and track program performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Adapt messaging and content for channel partners in the region. - Ensure partner-facing communications and marketing materials reflect the company’s brand and messaging. - Support regional channel leaders with local execution of marketing programs, content, and communications. - Create and deliver marketing campaigns and assets for channel partners. - Execute digital demand generation programs to raise awareness, recruit partners, and support partners in acquiring customers. - Plan and execute regional field marketing events and partner activities. - Support PR and analyst relations activities in the region. - Track marketing program performance using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms. - Prepare clear written and verbal updates to keep teams informed about campaign progress and results. - Work with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve the execution of regional marketing programs.
