Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an On-site Canvassing Team Lead based in Greenfield, Indiana. You will lead field canvassing efforts to build brand awareness and generate leads by engaging homeowners in the community, educate them about Bath & Cabinet Experts’ remodeling services, and schedule appointments. This full-time role (30 hours per week) operates Monday through Friday. Previous canvassing experience is required. Key responsibilities include leading canvassing activities in neighborhoods, professional engagement with homeowners, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and tracking lead generation results. Qualifications include an outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
