Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Engineer to join our cross-functional Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This role bridges business and technology, focusing on requirements engineering to ensure well-defined, testable requirements for the delivery of IAM products, including solutions based on Keycloak. Key Responsibilities: Requirements engineering: elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for IAM applications; create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria; participate in backlog refinement; conduct business process analysis and stakeholder management; validate and prioritize requirements to align with business goals. Agile Delivery: collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects in a SCRUM environment; support effort estimation and delivery planning; work effectively within cross-functional teams. Technical Understanding: strong knowledge of web technologies, IAM, Keycloak/OAuth2, and API/system integration basics; translate business requirements into implementable technical requirements.
