What You'll Do You will support the Gemmo team in the strategic analysis of AI adoption at client companies. The goal is to identify operational quick wins and transformative AI initiatives that improve process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will participate in structured interviews and workshops with clients in financial services, analyze transcripts, reports, and internal documentation, build process maps, and assess the effort, impact, and risk of each AI initiative. You will contribute to drafting the AI Pathfinder Report and final presentation materials. This is not a support role—you will be expected to contribute from day one.
