Overview: BerryDunn is seeking a Business Analyst to support Hawaiʻi Med-QUEST’s Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA), Program Integrity, Audit, Third Party Liability (TPL), payment integrity, and claims review initiatives. This role will support discovery, policy and operations analysis, workflow development, and practical improvements across policy, operations, systems, and stakeholder processes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with program staff, project leadership, vendors, subject matter experts, workgroups, and stakeholders to analyze data, document findings, support investigative and audit activities, identify process and payment integrity improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and implementation supports. Travel may be required up to 25% of the year. Responsibilities: Conduct discovery, fact-finding, and current-state analysis to understand processes, pain points, stakeholder needs, handoffs, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document requirements for initiatives, FWA implementation, Medicaid policy and payment policy, operations, system impacts, and stakeholder-facing workflows.
