Overview: Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Part-Time Associate Program Manager to support the Center for Professional Health (CPH). The APM will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing courses and related program activities with guidance.

Responsibilities include: - Actively support CPH courses, programs, retreats, coaching clients, teaching activities, and external/internal consultations with VH/VUMC as needed. - Manage communications between faculty, staff, participants, and inquiries; coordinate with other offices within VH/VUMC/VUSM and external partners. - Assist the Senior Program Manager in webpage updates and maintenance; develop new communication strategies to support the CPH team, participants, and clients/consultants. - Organize and coordinate CPH team calendars and calendars for faculty. - Provide administrative support for CPH faculty, the Senior Program Manager, and the Research Analyst as applicable. - Maintain oversight of administrative purchases, reimbursements, course and program supplies, technology needs, Workday reimbursements, course facilitator payments, and participant payments tracking. - Support research-related activities and assist the research team with grant administrative functions and grant purchases; participate in CPH innovation initiatives.
