Associate Account Manager – Remote (Central Time Zone). This is a remote role for maintaining and expanding relationships with Republic Services’ existing commercial and industrial customers in an assigned territory. Key duties include making outbound and inbound calls to retain business, performing contract re-signs to extend relationships and profitability, responding to cancellation requests per policy, supporting pricing initiatives, and maintaining accurate activity records in Salesforce. The role also requires maximizing customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products and coordinating with the Sales Manager on weekly retention activities and status of key customer relationships.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 0–2 years of customer service experience. Preferred: experience in waste or transportation.

Compensation and benefits: Pay ranges from $20.35 to $28.00 per hour, depending on locality. Eligible employees can participate in a sales commission plan with a target of 30% annually.
