Lockton Dunning Benefits is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Employee Benefits for an on-site role in Houston, Texas, United States. This position provides technical and operational support to clients and vendors, builds and maintains favorable relationships, and helps deliver the highest level of customer service by meeting or exceeding industry standards. Responsibilities include collaborating on strategic plan design and funding solutions, negotiating baseline quotes with carriers, supporting renewals and open enrollment meetings, assisting with RFPs, coordinating vendor responses, and preparing client recommendations. Additional duties involve facilitating quotes, amendments, and reinstatements, interpreting current coverages and identifying gaps, developing financial models and reports for the client service team, coordinating OE meetings, and creating communications such as OE guides, flyers, and presentations. The role also requires reviewing agreements, conducting industry surveys, staying informed about regulatory requirements, and supporting the client service team as needed.
