In this role, you will assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver exceptional customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include helping the Retail Store Manager maintain store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance; developing, training, and managing team members; motivating and coaching for results; driving sales performance by delivering outstanding customer service and executing sales initiatives; collaborating with marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities; contributing to a positive, fun, clean, and engaging work environment; and participating in achieving personal and team performance goals and AT&T standards. Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (wireless retail preferred), retail or customer-facing sales experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, ability to meet performance and operational standards, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, bilingual is a plus, bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant telecommunications experience preferred, and legal eligibility to work in the US with a high school diploma or equivalent.
