In this role, you will assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal performance goals and AT&T standards, executing sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner, assisting in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, developing and training team members, helping customers make buying decisions by delivering exceptional service, and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (required), retail or customer-facing sales experience (required), ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required), demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required), strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required).
