As the Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. You will help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, and you will contribute to the development and training of team members. Your responsibilities include helping customers make informed buying decisions, achieving personal and store sales goals, and supporting marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
