Assistant Retail Store Manager needed by My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, to support the Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. This full-time role offers a strong base pay with commission/bonus, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth toward managing your own location within My Wireless. The successful candidate will meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards, execute and exceed on all sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner, assist with location operations including staffing, inventory, and store appearance, develop and train team members, help customers make informed buying decisions, and participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily selling opportunities. Qualifications include prior management experience in a similar field, retail or customer-facing sales experience, ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to lead and coach others.
