We are seeking an Assistant Controller to manage the end-to-end financial operations of our US subsidiaries in a hybrid role. Based in New York, United States, you will own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, prepare US GAAP-compliant financial statements, and coordinate with external auditors. You will lead and support the subsidiary finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance across the organization. You will manage corporate tax filings with external advisors, ensure SOX compliance, oversee US payroll, and handle cash flow management including accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also take on ad hoc financial projects as needed by the company. Requirements include CPA certification, extensive US corporate finance experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. SAP experience, experience in a public company, and multi-subsidiary exposure are advantageous.
