Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in the operation of Spring Pointe in Richardson, Texas. This on-site role assists with leasing, marketing, and resident relations, maintains records of rental activity, processes applications and deposits, and helps coordinate renewals and notices. The Assistant Community Manager will prepare advertising materials, show units, screen applicants, process credit checks and rental histories, and input information into the Yardi system. The position requires strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a plus), a high school diploma or equivalent, and apartment management experience. The successful candidate will help enforce community policies, handle rent collections and invoices, support maintenance coordination, and contribute to the community's curb appeal and customer service standards.
