As After Sales Manager for the brands Corvette, Firefly, Hongqi, INEOS, Lexus, NIO, Toyota and XPENG, you will hold a key, overarching position within our aftersales organization. You will collaborate with multiple sites and their aftersales leads, ensuring an optimal balance between customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and commercial results. You will have the room to contribute strategically while staying close to daily operations—addressing complex customer cases, improving workflows, coaching staff, and monitoring KPIs to ensure our aftersales organization continues to evolve and delivers strong results.
