Role overview: The Affiliate Account Manager will be based in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). You will manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio; pull weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance and opportunities; craft strategies to improve performance through commission-structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis; ensure efficient workflows and processes; handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network; collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver value and scale partnerships across verticals such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, and apps.
