This hands-on technical expert will conduct reviews of bookkeeping, financial statements, management reporting and tax returns, ensuring compliance with BeGAAP, Lux GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP in a hybrid work arrangement based in Luxembourg. You will manage a client portfolio primarily involving SPVs and alternative investment funds across Belgium and Luxembourg, serving as the technical reference for complex accounting matters and client requests. You will provide guidance to Accounting and GCD teams to ensure consistent application of standards and support professional development. You will oversee the correct and timely use of internal systems (Navigator WF, Navigator Doc, QICS), verify adherence to procedures, and participate in process improvements. You will identify and remediate technical risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet client-specific expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in Accounting or Business Administration; 6–8 years of professional accounting experience with strong Lux GAAP expertise; ITAA licensure; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Demasy; native-level French or Dutch and fluent English; excellent technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
