Account Manager – Trench Safety

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager for Trench Safety to connect with customers, deliver value, and close opportunities. The role is a consultative relationship management position that combines relationship building with strategic thinking to drive service excellence and revenue growth. You will represent Vandalia Rental’s Specialized Onsite Services, serving as a trusted partner to our customers and a clear voice for our organization.

Key responsibilities: - Maximize account potential and achieve quarterly and yearly revenue growth and profitability targets. - Use consultative selling to expand the existing customer base and develop new business opportunities aligned with our ideal client profile. - Coordinate customer requests, resolve escalated issues, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. - Be the face of our solutions, sharing our value proposition and delivering outstanding service.

Salary & benefits: $75,000 - $100,000+ first-year base salary, with commission thereafter; salary commensurate with education and experience; additional benefits include monthly vehicle allowance, cell phone, laptop, medical/dental/vision and life insurances, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, tuition assistance, and company events.
