In this role, you will help design and optimize the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) framework with our 3PL partners, drive improvements in partner performance and profitability, and scale up solutions to deliver an excellent end-user experience. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing the 3PL framework and defining next steps for each partner; supporting Legal and Operations with thorough management of 3PL and rider documentation to ensure compliance with labor regulations; developing processes and long-term projects to improve 3PL efficiency, reporting to the Courier Ops & 3PL Manager and Head of Ops; identifying industry trends and taking proactive actions to outperform competitors with a focus on rider experience; collaborating with the Operations team to ensure the best possible user experience and position Glovo as the preferred delivery app for riders and customers in Poland; and overseeing daily relationships with 3PL partners, handling their requests, and ensuring reliable rider supply.
