Account Manager, EMEA (3D Solutions) – Munich, Germany (On-site)

FRAMOS is a leading provider of embedded vision technologies. We empower customers to bring innovative products to market with expertise in image sensors, camera modules, industrial cameras, optics, and embedded vision solutions. We are seeking an Account Manager, EMEA (3D Solutions) to join our Sales team in Munich. Reporting to the Sales Director Europe & APAC, you will develop new business opportunities, support customer growth, and help expand FRAMOS’ presence across the EMEA region. Working closely with Inside Sales and technical experts, you will build customer relationships, manage sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
Promote FRAMOS value proposition within your market segment
Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from qualification to close
Support growth of existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling
Understand customer needs and align FRAMOS solutions accordingly
Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Project Management, Product Management, Inside Sales, and other stakeholders
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities
Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and Salesforce records
Experience in B2B sales of electrical or technical products in the distribution of indus
