Account Manager – West Des Moines, Iowa (Remote OK)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for increasing territory revenue by selling Alcon's vision care portfolio. You will promote Alcon’s innovative technology and partner with Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach to match products with doctor and patient needs.

Responsibilities

Competencies: Key Performance Metrics:

Account Management: Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans.
Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on the needs of decision makers and influencers within the account.
Promoting Customer Focus: Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans to meet customer and organizational needs.
Marketing Execution: Execute marketing plans for specific products to influence behavior and drive product adoption.
Situational Adaptability: Adapt approach to changing demands.
Persuades: Use compelling arguments to gain support.
Decision Quality: Make sound and timely decisions.
Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Plans and Aligns: Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments.
Attainment of quarterly and annual sales quotas
Call metrics including reach and frequency to ta
