Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Director of Community Relations.
Build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers and social workers, physician offices, clinics, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
Ride-alongs with team members to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.
Schedule meetings, conduct in-person visits to present services, and manage follow-up communications.
Coordinate referrals with the intake team and serve as the liaison between community partners and internal staff.
Represent Health Link at community events to raise awareness and expand the referral network.
Manage your budget and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Identify and cultivate new referral partners.
Maintain proactive communication, calendar discipline, and CRM logging.

Requirements

One year of sales experience preferred.
Customer success experience in a healthcare environment.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
