This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment. Location: Limassol, Cyprus with hybrid working.

Role: Account Managers are the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary objectives are to convert leads into verified accounts, facilitate funding, and initiate trading activity. Once clients begin trading, you will manage the ongoing relationship for an initial period, or longer-term for Premium Clients. Key responsibilities include: - Effectively manage leads and convert them to funded customers - Assist clients with funding and respond to trade-related queries - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Collaborate with internal departments, particularly operations and support - Ensure compliance and promote customer experience improvements - Support colleagues in a team-oriented environment

About you: - Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Italian or Polish or Hungarian) - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Exceptional customer service and sales skills - Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation - Understanding of financial markets preferred; strong numerical ability - Team player with a passion for continuous learning and innovation - Alignment with Pepperstone values - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or similar highly desired
