Account Executive I (On-site) – Aberdeen, Washington, United States. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Account Executive Manager. The primary responsibilities include opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, managing loans and card services, and providing outstanding service to members. The incumbent will engage members to utilize credit union products and cross-sell lending solutions, educate members on available products and services, and use the CRM system to deepen relationships. Duties also include conducting loan interviews and applications, facilitating loan signings, handling account maintenance, and resolving disputes and fraud in a professional manner. Compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and other policies is required. The role supports both in-branch and drive-thru service and may include video or in-person member interactions. After certification, the role may advance to Financial Advisor for the Credit Union. The hourly pay range is $19.50–$24.50.
