Account Executive (Self-Employed / Freelance) – Ireland SumUp is seeking entrepreneurial Field Sales Partners to build their own business representing SumUp’s payments technology to local merchants. This is a self-employed opportunity backed by a leading fintech brand, not a traditional salary-based role. Compensation: Upfront commission of 50% of the upfront contract value paid at sign-up (average upfront per merchant ≈ €500) plus lifetime residuals of 25% of transaction volume paid monthly for up to five years. What you’ll do: Prospect at least 30 local SMEs per day through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach; perform consultative selling of SumUp’s payments ecosystem (payments, POS, and operations); manage your own pipeline and designated territory; establish yourself as the local payments expert.
