Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Account Executive – MR to support our Voice (MSS) division in the South Central Pennsylvania region. This remote-friendly role requires regular travel within Altoona and Chambersburg to engage with customers and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Perks:

Forecast sales trends and develop innovative, results-driven strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with new clients while strengthening existing partnerships.
Expand and manage a robust client database within the assigned territory and ensure ongoing engagement.
Follow up on incoming leads with prompt responsiveness to maximize conversions.
Stay informed on competitor products and position MCA solutions effectively.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in sales or public safety (preferred), or 5+ years in direct sales or public safety.
Experience in public safety markets or familiarity with Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting targets; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, with high energy and accountability.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR.
Base salary plus uncapped commission.
