About us We're building the agentic AI layer for state and local government. As service demands rise and government resources stay flat, we partner with more than 200 governments across cities, counties, and states to transform how residents access services—from instant Q&A to self-serve Voice AI that guides people through complex government processes end to end.

The resident-facing side is only half of it. We're unifying external and internal operations by building agentic assistants for government staff—the clerks, case workers, and administrators who keep cities and counties running. These agents route and triage requests, pull records, draft responses, move cases through approvals, and connect the legacy systems government runs on, so staff can focus on high‑impact work.

Role You will be part of a fast-growing, collaborative team. Your job is to scale the product and the machine that builds it. This role spans roadmap ownership, customer-facing communication, delivery operations, and cross‑functional thinking.
