Key responsibilities: - Implement business strategies to safeguard long-term interests of the business. - Set pricing direction for Sales Managers and Internal Sales Reps. - Optimize purchase prices through negotiations with principals. - Analyze principals' strategies to develop marketing plans for market/product and client segments. - Maintain and develop relationships with principals to retain existing business and win new opportunities. - Act as technical support for commercial teams by translating principal insights for field teams. - Prepare compelling arguments for product commercialization to enhance sales impact. - For principals not covered by group contracts, negotiate and secure contracts to ensure long-term supply security. - Monitor market and competitor activity and adjust product strategies accordingly. - Track principal targets and implement corrective actions. - Report to principals as required.
