Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, PMO
AFL Data Center Services, a division of AFL US Services, is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join the Analytics and Enablement pillar of a brand-new PMO. This role translates raw project data from spreadsheets, project plans, and field tools into metrics and insights that drive corrective action and accelerate delivery across the portfolio. You will partner with delivery leads, finance, and operations to present earned value, schedule performance, and project health data to decision-makers.

This role translates raw project data from spreadsheets, project plans, and field tools into metrics and insights that drive corrective action and accelerate delivery across the portfolio. You will partner with delivery leads, finance, and operations to present earned value, schedule performance, and project health data to decision-makers.
What you will do: - Build and maintain KPI frameworks that measure project performance across cost, schedule, scope, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. - Lead earned value management analysis (SPI, CPI, EAC) and variance reporting across active programs. - Identify trends and surface corrective opportunities to delivery leads in time to act. - Collaborate with delivery, finance, and operations to baseline projects and track against baseline through closeout. - Translate field practice and spreadsheet-based tracking into a single scalable source of truth. - Develop reporting templates and standards that scale across geographies and customers. - Support internal executive reporting and external customer reporting with consistency and accuracy. - Partner with PMO and operations teams to translate analytic work into clean, intuitive visualizations. - Contribute to the software roadmap for PMO analytics tooling.
