Day-to-day responsibilities: - Design, build and maintain data pipelines and models that combine data from multiple products into a single trusted platform - Own the performance, cost and reliability of pipelines in production, ensuring they meet agreed service levels - Work closely with product teams to deliver clean, well-structured data for reporting, analytics and AI features - Protect and manage data responsibly, ensuring strong data quality, governance and compliance with regulations such as GDPR

Required skills and experience: - Proficiency with Python and SQL, and experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or similar - Knowledge of cloud environments like Azure or AWS and data pipeline orchestration tools - Understanding of data security and handling of sensitive data - Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD and using AI tools to improve development workflows
